How I work

I am devoted to this work. I run every search end to end — from drafting the profile to the candidate settling in. Here is how it looks in practice:

I run the first screening — correspondence and interviews (this stays behind the scenes)

The search takes from 2–3 days to 2 weeks — I am in touch the whole time

Levels of involvement
